Production Worker for Storugns

We are now looking for an employee with good development opportunities for our facility in Storugns.

The production encompasses all aspects from extracting stone in the quarry to loading finished products onto ships. The production uses a combination of construction machinery as well as stationary and mobile crushing and sorting plants, along with a significant number of belt conveyors.

As a person, you are independent, attentive, flexible, proactive, and responsible. You are open to learning new tasks as needed. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team but also independently. You should be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience working with heavy machinery is a plus, but not a requirement. You should be someone who is not afraid to work hard and can make independent decisions. Great emphasis is placed on initiative and personal responsibility. We also appreciate that you are meticulous, can work independently, and are focused on teamwork.

After training, you will alternate between being in the process and operating machines such as a wheel loader, crane, or mining truck at our facility. As an employee, you will also contribute to preventive maintenance work at the facility.

You have a good sense of order and service. We also see that you have good communication skills. Since we are a smaller team, great importance is placed on your personal qualities.

You should be computer literate.

The tasks are varied, and you will occasionally have multiple responsibilities.

At the facility, we have a total of about 35 employees.

A valid driver's license (B) is required, and a certificate for earth-moving vehicles is an advantage.

Start date according to agreement.

Employment type: permanent, full-time.

Salary according to collective agreement.

Day production and/or 2-shift Monday – Friday.
